The description of user role and their rights:
-
User: This is an ideal role for viewing and monitoring the Custom Dashboard. The User can view everything on Custom Dashboard (this depends on customization) including energy, and faults. The User can also control the lights with the Custom Lighting button.
-
Owner: This role is for the customer who owns the Custom Dashboard. The Owner can perform all actions as mentioned in the User role. Additionally, the Owner can perform user management, for example, invite users, removes user and to some extent edit Custom Dashboard features.
-
Builder: This role is only for Signify users who are responsible for customization of the Custom Dashboard for the customer. Typically, System Center, CSAT organization are the ones who have this user role. This of course may vary from market to market. The Builder user can perform all what a User or Owner role can do. Additionally, the Builder user can customize the Custom Dashboard by drag and drop widgets in the Custom Dashboard. The Builder must work closely with customer who defines the requirements for Custom Dashboard.
-
Operations: This role is for Signify GSO (Global Software Operations). The Operations user is responsible for creating Custom Dashboard and provide all necessary credentials (API and System credentials) required for an Interact application.
